Refund policy
We offer a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every product. If you aren't satisfied with any product, contact customer service for a replacement or refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase and be able to use your product(s). Please call customer service at (855) 5FORMS5 or (855) 536-7675 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. We will at Our Discretion replace or refund the item(s). A 20% restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS/REFUNDS:
For Replacements: You are responsible for return shipping. You must provide a return tracking number and at first scan by the carrier, showing the product being returned, we will issue a replacement.
For Refunds: Upon Request You will be issued pre-paid return labels which will be deducted from your total refund. If you request a refund and do not return the product within 30 days your request will be cancelled. Pre-Paid shipping labels are usually printed at the "Best Rate" to ensure you will receive the lowest USPS rate. You have the option to ship the item using your own method and receive a full refund of your total purchase. If you send any product or correspondence, please make sure it is trackable, and insured.
